Cancellations for shipped products must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit and may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 14 days before the event.

Each blend is made with real fruit, herbs, botanicals, and natural flavor extracts — never artificial colors, preservatives, or high-fructose sweeteners. We list every ingredient on each product page for full transparency.

What if I have a nut allergy?

Most of our mixers and syrups are nut-free, but we do work around ingredients that may be processed in shared facilities. Please email us before ordering if you have a severe allergy, and we will confirm product safety or provide alternatives.

How long do the mixers and syrups last?

Unopened bottles stay fresh for up to 1–3 months when stored in a cool place. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 2–4 weeks for best flavor. Each bottle is marked with a “crafted on” date so you always know.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we ship anywhere in the U.S. using insulated, secure packaging to protect your bottles. Local pickup or delivery is also available for event clients depending on location.
