ORDERING POLICY
Payments/Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date or custom order.
Your balance is due 7 days before your event unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
We accept:
• Credit / debit card
• Online invoice payment
• Zelle / ACH (for corporate + large-scale bookings)
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your order and loss of deposit.
Cancellation/
Refunds
Because our products are made fresh and our team schedules labor, ingredients, and rentals in advance, deposits are non-refundable.
Refund policy by order type:
• Bottled mixers / retail products – Final sale (no refunds once shipped or picked up)
• Event bookings – Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may receive credit toward a future booking (subject to availability)
• Cancellations within 14 days – Full payment remains due unless otherwise approved in writing
If Peony Sips must cancel due to an emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
Design
Every Peony Sips experience is designed with intention — from our mixers to our bar setups.
Once your order or event details are finalized, minor adjustments may be accommodated, but full redesigns or major changes may require an updated quote.
Please note:
• Colors, garnishes, florals, and décor may vary slightly based on seasonal availability.
• We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or aesthetic elements of equal or higher quality.
• Custom branding, labels, or add-on décor must be finalized before production begins.
Allergies
Our mixers and garnishes are crafted with high-quality, clean ingredients — however, we are not an allergen-free kitchen.
Products may come in contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, or gluten during preparation or handling.
If you or your guests have allergies, please notify us before placing an order so we can advise you on options or accommodations when possible.
Peony Sips is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Once an order is shipped, handled by a carrier, or transferred for pickup, Peony Sips is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party delivery services.
6. No Alcohol Sales
Peony Sips does not sell or ship alcohol.
Our mixers and products are non-alcoholic. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with state and local alcohol laws when pairing mixers with spirits.
7. Health, Safety & Allergies
Peony Sips products may come into contact with nuts, dairy, soy, or gluten.
Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies before ordering. We are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Retail products are final sale.
Event bookings, deposits, and custom orders follow the cancellation policy outlined on our Policies page.
9. Limitation of Liability
Peony Sips is not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from product misuse, alcohol consumption, or failure to follow instructions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved in a court located in that state.
